1 med size carrot grated in a bowl 110 g wholemeal flour 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 75 ml oil 75 g brown sugar 1 egg beaten 50 g chopped walnut

Bake 1 hour 150ºC

After 45 minutes cooling down

Spread the topping: 50 g cream cheese 25 g butter 25 g sugar (icing) Walnuts

300 g flour 2 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp baking powder (or bicarbonate) 200 g sugar 4 eggs 250 ml oil 200 g carrots 150 g walnuts
