“It doesn’t work” is just too vague a description for me to help you. What does it do exactly? Does it show anything? Does it break in the middle of your posts? Have you activated the plug-in? How do you expect me to help you if you don’t help me first?

I installed the plugin and add the code you mentioned while adding codes into the posts but it doesn’t work.

Hi Paul, glad you like it :-)

The line numbers makes sense in that context… I was working on a stand-alone version of SyHi –for people not using WordPress but wanting to syntax highlight text in their CMS’s or php-based systems– and did some improvements on the WordPress version, so I might add that option as well while I am on it.

If you have the plug-in installed you should get an update when the new version is released :-)

Hi Sole,

Thanks for this plugin, it’s great.
I also would be interested in line numbers. Although it is just for snippets, it would be nice to add some code and say “On line 5 you can see..” etc

That way there isn’t the need to add the comments to the snippet.
