Curry prawns

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • prawns (or chicken)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 coriander

Fry onion for a minute. Add prawns and fry for 5 minutes. Add garlic + a bit of chilli, fry for 2-3 minutes Add spices Stir

Add 1 tsp tomato puree, 1/4 tsp curry mix Add 2 generous tsp cream/yoghourt

Serve with rice
