Hummus
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup sesame
- juice of a lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt
- oil
- parsley
Cook chickpeas (after soaking overnight) Puree them
Add sesame, lemon, garlic cloves, cumin, salt and puree until getting the proper texture
If it is too thick, add water from cooking the chickpeas
